Assistant professor Chris Sneed (Department of Family and Consumer Sciences) in partnership with Assistant professor Michelle Childs, associate professor Heejin (Jeanie) Lim, and assistant professor of practice Myra Loveday (Department of Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Management) and Extension specialist Megan Bruch Leffew (Center for Profitable Agriculture) conducted three workshops across the state, reaching seventy farm and small business participants. The workshops focused on branding basics, consumer shopping behavior, and customer journey mapping. The workshops, educational materials, and Extension publications were funded through the USDA Southeast Dairy Business Innovations Initiative.
