UT Extension has a vision for the future, a strategic plan to direct its path and dedicated people to implement the strategies to help it achieve that vision. Extension employees and stakeholders must stay focused on Extension's goals and remain flexible and energized, so that obstacles are overcome and change is viewed both as an opportunity for growth and a way to fulfill our mission.
